Europain joins the Sirha Food ecosystem
and becomes Sirha Europain

Europain remains Europain, the leading bakery and pastry trade fair, geared towards French excellence, particularly for export, with the incomparable power of French baking. But to strengthen its momentum and enable it to reach out to new sectors such as catering and snacking, since 2021 Europain has integrated the Sirha Food ecosystem, created by GL events, around its emblematic Sirha trade fair, a benchmark for Food Service and restoration.

Europain therefore now reads Sirha Europain, offers itself a whole new graphic design, a correspondence of image and spirit with Sirha Lyon but also the major Sirha Bocuse d'Or and Sirha World Pastry Cup competitions.
